LangganCheck helps you track subscriptions and BNPL payments in Malaysia. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo. We only ask Google for basic profile access. The sign-in tokens Google returns are stored so your login keeps working.
- What you add: subscriptions and BNPL items (name, amount, billing day, category, notes), your payday and your monthly budget.
- Reminders: notices we create for you about upcoming or overdue payments.
- Login session: your IP address and browser type, kept with your session for security.
We never ask for or store bank details, card numbers or passwords.
Using it without signing in
Items you add as a guest stay in your browser's local storage and never reach our servers. When you sign in, they are copied to your account and removed from the browser.
How we use it
Only to run LangganCheck: show your dashboard, work out what is due and create your reminders. There are no ads, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Who else handles it
- Neon stores the database.
- Vercel hosts the app and runs the daily reminder job.
- Google handles sign-in.
- Brandfetch serves the service logos. Your browser loads them directly, so Brandfetch sees your IP address and which logos are shown, but not your account.
These providers may store data on servers outside Malaysia.
Cookies and local storage
We use one sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. Local storage holds guest items, your theme and onboarding progress. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account exists. Email fiansuf@gmail.com to get a copy, correct it, or delete your account and everything in it. We reply within 21 days.
Disclaimer
LangganCheck is a personal tracking tool, not financial advice. Amounts, due dates and reminders are based on what you enter and can be wrong or late, so always check with your provider or bank. We are not linked to any service shown in the app; their names and logos belong to their owners.
The app is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for missed payments, late fees or other losses from using it.
